Alabama Fan and/or a Jeff Cook Fan?
If you are a big Alabama fan and/or a big Jeff Cook fan and you live in the area or near enough by, You may want to check out this free show!!!! I live close enough to go but I have to work evening and can't make it. That's what I get for taking on a double shift that day, but money comes before fun. Looks like it will be a fun filled night for those lucky enough to attend. Have fun.
Alabama’s Jeff Cook Brings His Fans into the Limelight
(Nashville, TN – March 2, 2009) - Alabama founding member Jeff Cook and his Allstar Goodtime Band are showing appreciation to fans Thursday March 12th with an exclusive listening party held at Limelight in Nashville, TN. The listening party will give fans a special sneak preview of Cook’s new album “Ashes Won’t Burn” which will be digitally released on March 17.
“I’m really excited about it… I know fans have been expecting new music and now we can finally give them some. I’m really looking forward to it!” said Cook of the upcoming private event.
Review of the recorded CD begins at 6pm. The live show begins at 7 pm. Tickets are not available for purchase but may be obtained by visiting the Limelight website at www.limelightnashville.com. This private party is only open to a limited number of fans. First come, first serve!
Jeff Cook was a member of the band Alabama, launching a career that to date has resulted in 21 gold, platinum and multi-platinum albums and more than 78 million records sold. In 2005 the band was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame and in 2001 Cook was named “Guitarist of the Year” by the Gibson Guitar Company.
