    Ouida..I have the same problem here in Toronto as well. Went to all major bookstores and music stores, even to International Magazines...they don't sell Billboard Mag at all...

    Yeah, she is on the cover (not sure if it is this issue or the next)..maybe at a bookstore like Barnes & Noble or Borders or magazine aisle at a grocery store..

    I'll get it. Can someone tell me where to buy a Billboard Mag.? I've never bought and can't find one. What kind of stores have them? Isn't she on the cover with a story? I might have dreamed that!!DUH!!
