Nah, didn't 'blow-up'....pretty AMAZING if you see all the fireworks debris on the front roof of my home.... they had 5 solid hours of fireworks to go off...their daddy came over and cleaned my front driveway, but naughty, naughty left their fireworks mess in my front yard....the rear yard neighbors were out of town on the 4th, back afternoon of the 5th and the teens blew a whole AMORY, ARSENAL off....their Mama made them quit at 10:30 PM on the dot and sent the teens over to my backyard Monday morning EARLY to clean up every bit of the fireworks debris in it from them. No prompting from me, just plain good neighbors!

I blew things up, I burned stuff, got onthe river........WHOO HOO!!

Well, I tell ya what,
I wish it made for a day off from work, but by gosh, people got it worse off. So, I will enjoy the day as it is for all that it is. Got my folding chairs ready, sitting at my buds with reserved front rows, may just enjoy that freedom to have me a beer (our 10 am is prolly Sunday somewhere?), then it's his back yard for kid playing (I will rest eventually, but ya have to help them get started with water ballons and stuff), then he smokes birds, and the family makes a couple hundred salads and chips and dips, etc.
Then it's off to the "Big Park" for thousands of my closest friends, food, beer tents, and fireworks.
You all have a safe and insane 4'th everybody, soak it up, crank it up, salute them soldiers, and get that candy!!!!
Out 'til Monday.

July 1st already! This year going faster than a 'stealth' jet, but much more noisy like a run-a-way freight train! Either way I don't wanna crash or wreck going this fast!
