Just keep watching the news on the website, usually if they don't tell you ahead of time it doesn't cost, but they sometimes only let a limited amount (200-300) of people in so you have to find out what day and when it is and make sure you get up early or get there early enough to get in line and be prepared to wait about 2 hours in a line or maybe not, but be prepared.
