Ramona Bowl Show in Hemet.
I posted some pictures. Hope you enjoy. I will post a couple of videos later. The show was outstanding! The venue was an outdoor natural amphitheater and the sound quality was great.  Dwight was vivacious as he performed the more than two hour show. He commenced the show with a couple of songs from the Dwight Sings Buck Album Under Your Spell Again and Act Naturally. And what a way to open a concert! In my personal opinion the outstanding songs for this evening were Carmelita and Good time Charlie Sings the Blues.  But the audience got up their feat with Ring of Fire.  Overall, concertgoers were a little bit more restrained and mostly sat rather than standing up on their feet. This was probably due to the barriers that were set up that prevented a stage rush.  Though the audience was responsive with the applause, whistles, and howling!  Dwight took the encore into overtime and ended with three songs: If You Could Read ...

Dwight deserves kudos for voicing concern about the wild fires that were taking place several miles east of Hemet. He wished the fire fighters and residents well.

I did ran into wonderful fan club members. I got to sit on the front row because one generous lady invited me to sit with her when another member could not make it. I will post the video later today or tomorrow.

Thanks for the fantastic review and pictures of this show, Chris. Look forward to seeing your videos, too!! Did you meet anybody else from Rt. 23 there? I'm so glad you got to go, even though it was a long way for you. Wow, I didn't there are fires down by Hemet, too. I hope Dwight stays safe and out of the smoke as much as possible. He always thinks of others, doesn't he? And he's so sincere in expressing his concerns. That's part of why I love him so much! Mr. Wonderful!! Got to stop myself, I'm about to "Go Dwight," ha, ha. Whew! I read at Rt. 23 that people came from all over the world, literally, to see Dwight play that show. I suppose that happens every show, we just don't hear about it. He's loved and admired worldwide. "DWIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" (Sorry for "screaming" but I was overcome!!) ;-)

Sounds fabulous! He does a lot more songs than a lot of other artists. So thoughtful of him to wish the fire fighters and residents well. Nice pics, too!
