Good morning George Strait fans,

   Two more inches of rain, with horrible storms, wind, and lots of  flooding yesterday.  Today...Beautiful!  It's going to be sunny and 62 degrees.   Our leaves are at their colorful best.  I just love this time of year.  I just can't help but think... raking can't be that far behind! 

Walmart has the 'Cowboys and Indians' magazine with George on the front.  A really nice couple of pages with pictures I've never seen before of George and Bubba.  He talks about 'TWANG', his family, (including his father), his ranch, hobbies, and what he wants to do in the future.  Bubba talks, even jokes, about his father.  I didn't think I could admire George anymore than I do, but after this article, I found more about him to admire.  What a Cowboy!!  Maybe there will be a George sighting at the Spurs game.  Be still my heart! lol

Lots of yard debis to clean up this morning.  This afternoon...what else...Football!  I'm also going to keep my eye on the baseball game.  I have to see who is going to play my home team in the World Series.

Chili already cooking in the crock pot.  My husband likes his with melted cheese and large dipping Fritos.  I like mine with corn bread.  Either way, it's a perfect meal for today's events and weather.
