It took a country superstar to knock Wicked out of its top spot in TicketNews' Top Events Rankings with Taylor Swift now number one overall with an 11.51 power score. With the World Series in full swing and the New York Yankees at number two (7.96), Wicked falls to number three with a 5.52 power score. Yankee opponents the Philadelphia Phillies are number four (5.08). The Radio City Christmas Spectacular has been in these rankings for seven weeks now, and this week the show jumps to number five (2.72) from number seven. Bon Jovi enter the rankings at number six (2.46) and Lady Gaga makes an impressive jump from number fifteen to number nine (1.39). Jersey Boys remains in the overall top ten, at number seven (2.34), while the Green Bay Packers close out the overall top ten with a 1.37 power score.

Taylor Swift of course dominates the Top Concert Events rankings as well with a 30.68 power score; Radio City trails behind with a 7.25 power score. Holiday concert favorite the Trans-Siberian Orchestra is number four in the concert rankings, power score 4.07. Miley Cyrus (six, 2.92) beats out U2 (2.86), who fall to number seven from number three. Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band still have a popular ticket, good enough for number eight and a 2.85 power score, as do Elton John & Billy Joel, who make number nine with a 2.02 power score. Breaking into the concert top ten with a 1.89 power score: the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Benefit Concert, which will take place on October 29 at Madison Square Garden.

hey trink - haha yeah, I see there is a huge variance in power score between number one and number two in Top Events Rankings - who knew it would be Taylor on Top again?

My question is: Where on the power rankings are the other CMA EOTY nominees??

I don't know off hand what comes after or is better than Mega Superstar.

I do think that Taylor's stage is not limited to tickets sales though!
I think SNL will be the stage that will propel Taylor to the next level, we know
that Tay has tons of amazing talent - I am going to be waiting anxiously to see
how ah-mazing Saturday Night Live is going to be! I predict it will be Taylorisous !
