Last thing of the night. I also found out that the biggest sports franchise in the world is Manchester United. The second is the Dallas Cowboys. Pretty great, right?

Oh and one more thing: Dallas was really fun. The weather was gorgeous and I took advantage of it. I went shopping, went to the new Dallas Museum of Art, got a manicure, saw a movie, went to a cool new restaurant. It's a really nice city. I didn't get to try the Mambo Taxi that I was told to try. Again, next time!!!

Okay, so I have some time before I have to go to my next thing (oy) and I wanted to give you all a rundown on what I saw when I was in Texas 2 weeks ago.

The stadium is unreal. I have never been to the old stadium but this new one is astonishing in it size and technology. I tried to buy a ticket for a tour but was too late in my planning and they were sold out. I will do so next time as it is 75 minutes and I think you are able to see the locker rooms, private boxes and behind the scenes stuff.

The cheerleaders are introduced and come out to dance an hour or so before the game starts. I was outside the stadium (the person I was with wanted to tailgate - I wanted to roam around the stadium and should have left him) and heard the announcer introduce the girls so I am assuming they gave a warm up dance to the crowd as people find their seats. I was also surprised to see the players on the field (I have never been to a professional game so don't know what is normal). Ten minutes or so before the game begins the girls get their official announcement and they come out. The JumboTron makes it so much easier to see them (they danced to "Loud") and the dance was great. The stadium is so big that the team could easily be larger. Not that Judy and Kelli could handle that, but there is most definitely room for more girls - I'm just sayin'! There is a water station for each group of girls on the field and they take breaks throughout the game. I saw Judy on the field but not Kelli. I assumed that Kelli was on my side so that was why I didn't see her.

Judy spoke to the girls and it was very casual. Not at all what I thought. The girls were pretty stationery when not performing. I just thought it was more structured than it was. I have to say, I did not like the half time dance, but that is me. It was lovely that it was dedicated to breast cancer awareness and I thought the people holding ribbons was very classy. I just didn't like the dance, music or costumes, but that's me. I wish I could have met some of the girls and Kelli and Judy. I'm working on that!!!!

Hi Again, I have been working since I posted and until this director I have in town leaves, my time is not my own. I will post photos, but they kind of look like what is already here. My seats were kind of far away.

In regards to getting on the computer, they did a Flux upgrade while I was traveling and I somehow kicked myself off the site entirely when logging on. When I go on at home, the site doesn't even offer a log on option and each time I click on the help button, it goes to the "cannot connect" internet page. I emailed the site but they never repsonded. Things should slow down by the end of the week and hopefully, I can devote some time to fixing this. How frustrating...I miss you guys! I feel like I've cut off my right arm. I am missing all the dish!

If you don't have cookies enabled it won't let you access the boards. I found that out the hard way.

Welcome back DeeK21!! I had the same problem with my home computer and this site. I cleaned out my temporary internet files and cookies (go to tools and internet options) now I'm able to access the site again. Not sure what the problem is, but don't feel like the lone ranger. I hope you can share more about your trip and include some pics.
