I do NOT wish them Vikes ILL, but we'll see if they get to the playoffs if there are the big FADED purple jerseys coming out as is most of their previous history. I LOVE MY TEAM, they simply have to play better and become a dominant team once again....

Yeah, I hate to admit it. I think as it unfolded and after the interview with old Brettly,and the comments by Aikamn, it is appearant, the Pack is still a bit of a house of cards, not the '96 team I just mentioned as of late. The Vikes are though. I didn't turn my back, no one throw rocks at me. But, it's a fact, and he wanted that team, that 1 more Big Dance card....

Hi YOOPS, my grandson and his mama had the computer most all weekend...ok put on your listening ears...THEY WERE ONE EYED, ONE HORNED FLYING PURPLE PEOPLE EATER, ONE EYED, ONE HORNED FLYING PURPLE PEOPLE EATERS AND they ate an entire Green Bay Packer TEAM! SAD, but true, Minny is a 'real deal' contender this year (as much as I hate to say it), but I think they probs lose three more games before season ends and come out about 12-4....after the first half of football I saw today, I am HUGELY optimistic if ......

Got Halloween Saturday, change to daylight savings time...think bars can stay open that hour longer...the Viking/Pack game on Sunday....so got to keep an extra eye out, take a little more time and care...lot of adult partying going on this weekend....one of the Valley police said with regard to Minny staying there and all of the above..."THE PERFECT STORM"....has the potential for out-of-control people, hoping that don't happen!...

I'm trying to think which is DANGEROUS, think my girl found something for grandson at that yearly Halloween store they got around these parts, but can't keep up with what all they bought....I don't like Halloween, never have...I do like candy....lucky to get candy bought and paid for this year..to hand out - mostly not kidding - and now with the boy home, I gotta to go and re-hide where I put it, cuz he and his mama found it and broke into it last night....I don't mind saving some on the day of Halloween......

I just have to get thru Halloween 1'st? I cannot afford 2 new costumes for the kids this year who are on the fence about going anyway. 1 is 11 going on 20 and 1 is 13 and holding, and would go, he is more nastolgic anyway. And good lord,it's still free candy lol
But, as like yourself, it's often so cold when the knock at the dor an the homeowner says "and what are you?"

Good Morning...it is cool, but clear and no wind and NO RAIN! Had some sad news from two friends today who had family members pass, very sobering thoughts of how small my troubles be compared to having to go through those things for each family. I know I feel like I wish I could wrap my arms around them and shelter them from all the pain, knowing how much that pain hurts with personal experience, but it just don't work that way....

Quick strike has been used as has Opportunistic offense. I hate to be stuck in the glory days.... but I will never forget in '96 getting Dallas's monkey off our back and taking down so many others along the way. A quick strike from the now purple dino and a healthy dose of Levens and Bennett.. you couldn't stop the run or the pass. Oh the good ole days. keep it up line, we have had some damn good backs since then too....
